Development projects aim at creating new service models and providing the newest knowledge for employees in the field. Projects are implemented in cooperation with member associations, local authorities and other partners. Results are published as reports and articles. The most signifi cant sponsor of the projects is the Finnish Slot Machine Association and Kela, The Social Insurance Institution of Finland.
